Hi Lexxions
I placed an order for these babies and was informed that they are no longer available
Are there any lucky soles with access to them, I would dearly love to know what they are like. Please post or PM me.
Cheers. _________________ All morn by the Zev Zev

Yeah, I have them.
They are quite cool, just trading cards with images from the show on them. I'd expect that you'd be able to pick them up on eBay easily. |

Let me check the cost of post to Australia, and I'll give you a complete base set for the cost of postage. |

For US and Canadian fans, an auction in the Ebay Stores by a Canadian seller that I have found to be very reliable ("Fantasy Realm" out of Ontario and often cheaper than many US dealers):
They have a Quantity of 6 sets available (you can buy only 1 set of course).
A set of LEXX cards for $5.99 ("Buy-It-Now") with $2.50 surface shipping, will ship worldwide for $0.50 more (surface). A little more for Air.

Is it my imagination,..or are these cards going for a very low price?
I thought that after all of the fuss that had been made over the trading cards that they would have cost more or had a higher going rate!!??

Maybe I'll make them "postcardware" - that is I'll trade a set for a local item of roughly $5 USD value. Food items are out; besides the difficulties with customs, I can actually get most of them here in NYC. The only exception possibly being the Wallace & Gromit Wensleydale cheese from the UK.
I'll take a count of how many sets I have at home tonight. |

Does anyone here own a costume card? I have one, it's a season 2 card, I think it's #11/200? It's pretty cool. I think they'll be auctioning an actual Xev lizard outfit on eBay before the end of the year. _________________ Ron Paul for President 2008!!!!!!! |

They used to go for about $200 and were quite plentiful. LLoyd offered me one for $50 at Vegas con but had spent what I had on the Lyekka script. Not sure what one would fetch these days, but I would think less than the former going rate.
What do you think the lizard would fetch? $3000? _________________ TexxLexx |

Stands back in shock!! This is getting me all inspired!! Watch it!! Watch out!! Here goes:
"Cost of that "big mama lizard" nearly split my gizzard!
We'd better head off to the Lexx Card Wizard!!
What once was up is now way down,
And many a "collector" is wearing a frown!
The value of the Lexx card
Ain't in your purse's girth!
In your fond Lexx memories,
You will find a card's true worth!"
(That is the most "godawful" verse that I ever wrote!!)

Hahahaha Funny Stanelle, I thought you were going to do one of those MasterCard-priceless jokes.
Mok, you should have bought that costume card, they've been going on eBay lately for just a little north of $100! You could have made a little dough.
I have no idea what that dress is going for but I'm sure it's not going to be in my size. $3000 sounds like a good start but I'd think they'll probably ask more for it after all, how many costume cards could you make out of it? Certainly more than 30 x $100 = $3000 _________________ Ron Paul for President 2008!!!!!!! |

Struth me timbers people don't you see Lexx stuff for what it is - magic - and not how much mula you can make out of something.
I have over 300 Gerry Anderson collectables in my um collection, guess how many i have sold to make a dollar?????????? ----- NONE ---- though i have given away alot of figures of Scott, Virgil, Lady Pen etc to kids just to see a smile on their faces, was lucky to pickup a 120 figures for a buck each., but did i put them away for a nice retirement bonus ---- NO ---- i gave them away in the hearts that matter most, little kids who have a spark for the magic of the Thunderbirds.
Buy the dress because you crave it - not to cut it up and make a bullshit dollar.
And if the dress fits - i'll wear it
